AFA "Rugova" – Peja

SHKA- Rapsha Vitoje, namely as a host, proved once again that she knows and can organize better festivals than the two Albanian capitals, even without increasing the institutional budgets. Once again, it was proved that the motivating spirit of a society, but also the opening of the wallet of our emigrants across the Atlantic, is able to set in motion dozens of folklore groups and hundreds of artists from all ethnic areas, following for three consecutive nights a number art-loving record, - Even the jury, however professional, did not find it easy to select the best artists or groups, since there were before them a multitude of ensembles, of different ages, from many areas of the Albanian lands, many of which in the conditions of a rapid technical-technological development have managed to preserve a very rich ethno-folkloric heritage.
