About 200 guests were present from Shkodra, Bajram Curri, Plava, Gucia, Tregovishta, Pazari i Ri, Skopje, Medvegja, Prishtina, Drenica, Llapusha, Rrafshi i Dukagjini, mӫrgata, etc. Among them, there were university professors: Teuta Shala-Peli, Jusuf Telaku, Rexhep Doīi, Limon Rushiti, Hakif Bajrami, Haki Kasumi, Nazim Qehaja, Shemsedin Dreshaj, Qerim Lita, Arben Arifi, Jeton Kelmendi, Dardan S. Lajīi. There were also the descendants of the members of the 1918-19 Rugova Staff: Mehmet Shabani, Ker Sadria and Bek Hyseni, the Rugova generations of the '68 demonstrations of Isa Demaj '81 of Ali Lajī, as well as the Kosovo Liberation Army, with the commander of brigade 136 "Rugova", Salih B. Lajīi.
    In this event, held on the anniversary of the Albanian League of Prizren, there were also two deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo, Gani Krasniqi and Shemsedin Dreshaj; general Hysen Dreshaj and colonel Ismet Ibishi; the two former presidents of Pej, Ali Lajīi and dr. Ali Berisha; activists: Binak Ulaj, Dashamir Uruqi, Adem Salihaj, Salih Lukaj, Naser Salihaj, Brahim Dreshaj, Avdi Shkreli; war doctors dr. Mustafӫ Loxha and dr. Brahim Rexhaj, Mulla Sadria, Muhamet Mahmutaj; Rexhep Dedushaj, Xhevdet Spahia, Erodita Qorkadiu, Bajram Mulosmanaj with friends, Qerim Lajīi, Gjenis Shaqirović, Rexhep Abazi; Pallbearers: the family of Sylӫ Mehmet, Haxhӫ and Selim Nikҫi, Metӫ Mavraj, Agim and Sefedin Lajҫi, Xhevdet C. Kelmendi. There were also other intellectuals: teachers, doctors, lawyers, economists, engineers, etc.
    The artistic program of the famous AFA ensemble "Rugova", directed by Vesel Nikīi, was watched with interest. For those present, we donated about 200 copies of these two books. And, they paid their respects in Shtupek, in front of the commemorative plaques of the 1,000 fighters and victims of 1918-19, in the 14 streets of Rugova, massacred or burned alive, especially in Han i Isufi, by the forces of Serbia and Mali Black, who in documents of the time, presented in Paris, in 1919, capture the staggering figure: 844 martyrs, from 1 to 101 years old.
